Meet Jenn Mosholder, Founder & Principal Executive Consultant
I’m Jenn Mosholder, founder of Maximize Impact HR Consulting, and I’m passionate about helping organizations simplify HR, remove operational friction, and build scalable solutions that drive measurable business results.
With more than 20 years of experience leading HR transformation, operating model design, shared services, talent acquisition, and operational excellence initiatives, I partner with organizations to improve how work gets done. My focus is helping leaders modernize HR functions, streamline service delivery, strengthen organizational performance, and navigate change with confidence.
Throughout my career, I’ve led large-scale transformation efforts across Fortune 100 companies, multi-state organizations, and high-growth environments, supporting workforces ranging from 1,000 to 80,000 employees. My experience spans financial services, telecommunications, engineering, construction, oil and gas, consumer products, and educational technology, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, organizational design, shared services, process improvement, workforce strategy, and HR modernization.
My approach combines strategic vision with practical execution, drawing on proven methodologies including Change Management, Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Process Improvement, and AI-enabled workflow optimization. I believe HR should be a strategic enabler of business success, helping organizations improve employee experiences, strengthen performance, and achieve lasting results.

I also serve as the founder of Caring Embrace Inc., a nonprofit supporting cancer patients and caregivers, which reinforces my belief that successful transformation starts with understanding the people behind the process.
